Esperance WA 24th feb

Hi everyone,

Hope this email finds you all well. Thanks for all your lovely emails and posts to the blogg aparently at the bottom of the page. Well we have been very busy since Streaky Bay SA. WE left the following day for Cactus SA. What an amzing place. Aparently some of the best waves in oz. It was fab. Very basic living in the dunes and scrub, bore water shower, pit toilets, no shops for 50kms, then only a petrol station. We had a great week here met some great people, had fab surf, caught fish and had a blast grubbing around. No sharp pointy tooth creatures. A couple of days ago we left and head across the Nullabor. I now feel aussie. It was a huge drive. 7 hours the first day then 9 hours the next on very straight roads. But it was suprisingly pretty. The kids did well despite the marathon effort. We are all exhausted but great to be in sunny Esperance. Seems nice. Havent explored yet, will head out to stay in National park tommorow. Spent today washing everything and cleaning out the dust and dirt of the last few weeks. Missing everyone heaps but riding the journey. Have met great people.

Love to you all

Hi everyone
after many online password glitches we are able to access and post on the road. Well after a huge amount of effort from all parties we moved out of our place into mum and dads, packed caravan and depart two days after our scheduled departure date of Friday 18th Jan to leave on Sunday 20th. Our aplogies to all on not being able to catch up proior to depature but things got really crazy.
First day we drove to Princetown near Port Campbell. We stayed here for 4 nights and caught our breath. Had a couple of surfs but nothing epic as swell huge. We then head to Warrnabool. We had great weather and surf here and spent the next 5 nights there. Yesterday we left the big W and crossed the border into South Oz, we really feel we are on our way now. We have parked ourselves at Beachport for a couple of nights then heading to Robe and onto Victor Harbour.

Caravan is great, very comfy and spacious. Packed well at this point not missing. Kids are settling into life on the road, and Piper started Harrison Primary School today. Harry and I are slowly unwinding, it will take a bit as we were sprung like coils!!! Speak soon Love MMMPXXX
